GT100 : Your graphics card is below the minimum spec
This means that the graphics card in your Windows device does not meet the minimum requirements. Your graphics card must support DirectX 12 (Feature Level 11).
Solution: Upgrade your graphics card to meet the minimum requirements to play the game and try again.
GT101: Your graphics card is incompatible with the game
This means that the graphics card driver installed on your Windows device has known compatibility problems.
Solution: Visit the website for your graphics card manufacturer and update to the latest driver.
GT102: Your video card has stopped responding
This means that the graphics card in your Windows device has stopped responding and was reset by the operating system.
Solution: Visit the website for your graphics card manufacturer and update to the latest driver. If you’re using the latest driver, try reducing your visual settings. If that does not assist, please see Troubleshooting: GT102.
GT103: Your graphics card is not detected
This means that a graphics card was not detected.
Solution: Your graphics card may be in an unstable state. Try rebooting your Windows device.
GT104: Your graphics card is below the minimum spec
This means that your graphics card was detected to be below the minimum spec for Gears Tactics.
Solution: We recommend the following graphics cards:
- AMD Radeon RX 570 or AMD Radeon RX 5700
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
You can continue to play the game, but performance may not be optimal.
GT105: Your graphics card is not supported
This means that your graphics card is not supported by the graphics card manufacturer on the operating system that you’re using.
Solution: We recommend that you update your OS to Windows 10. You may be able to play the game, but stability and performance will be reduced.
GT110: Your graphics card doesn’t have enough VRAM
This means that your graphics card was detected to have less than 2 GB of video memory.
Solution: We recommend that your graphics card have at least 2 GB of video memory. You can continue to play the game with less video memory, but quality and performance may be affected.
GT111: Your system doesn’t have enough RAM
This means that your Windows device was detected to have less than 6 GB of system memory.
Solution: We recommend that your Windows device have at least 6 GB of system memory installed.
GT112: Your system is low on RAM
This means that your Windows device does not have enough free memory available to run the game.
Solution: We recommend that your Windows device have at least 5 GB of system memory free. Try closing other programs to free up memory.
GT113: Your system is out of memory
This means that your Windows device is out of memory.
Solution: Ensure that your graphics card and Windows device meet the minimum memory requirements. We recommend that your graphics card have at least 2 GB of video memory, and that your Windows device have at least 6 GB of system memory installed.
Note: Reducing “Scaled Resolution” in the in-game settings and closing other running programs may help free up memory.
