If you believe you've found a bug, please submit a report to the team with the following:
- Detailed description of what you're encountering
- Screenshot or video clip of the bug, if available
- Diagnostic.log - to collect this:
- Go into settings
- Go to advanced video settings
- Turn on diagnostic mode
- Restart the game
- Send the following file: %localappdata%\GearsTactics\Saved\Logs\Diagnostic.log
Reports can be sent via the contact below with the Support Category set to "Report." If your screenshots/video attachments are too large, please upload them to OneDrive/Google Drive etc. and include the link in your ticket.
